How fast will my order be filled and shipped?
We fill and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of postal holidays. Please check the top of the online catalog page for estimated delivery dates. Delays may be caused by sudden surges in requests for certain items, incomplete ordering information, and circumstances beyond our control (such as September 11th.) The website is ALWAYS updated with show information so you will know when placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship to our international customers! We ship most international orders via USPS Airmail. If you need the order sooner, we offer Global Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be dependent on shipping weight and destination.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online credit card ordering through our site. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please see our ordering and policies page for our mailing address.
What is your privacy policy?
Arizona Bead Company respects your privacy! We do not rent or sell any of your information to third parties. We will never give any of your information out to another party.
Is you credit card server secure?
Our credit card server uses industry standard SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our site for your safety - you will need to enter it each time you place an order.
What kind of guarantee do you have?
If you are not satisfied with your beads, you may return them within 10 days from the date of purchase. You will need to call or e-mail us to obtain a return authorization number. Please do not return anything without letting us know first. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.(damaged items excluded) We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
Do you have a print catalog?
Due to the large number of items we carry, new items that we add almost weekly and "special" items we offer it would be impossible to keep a print catalog up to date. It is also a cost that would be passed on to you by raising prices or charging for the catalog. We have elected to not have a print catalog, keep our website updated, and our prices down.
Do you have a store?
We do not have a showroom at this time. We have committed to offering our customers high quality products and service through our online Wholesale beads catalog.
If I re-order, will the beads look the same as they did the last time? This depends on the type of bead you are ordering. Handmade beads will always be slightly different from bead to bead. Czech glass beads are fairly consistent, but they can differ slightly in color from batch to batch. this is most likely to occur with two toned Czech glass beads, as the colors are combined while the glass is still molten. Swarovksi crystal beads are known to be quite consistent. It is very rare, but slight changes in color have been known to occur in Swarovski crystal beads.
Are your pictures accurate?
We do our best to describe and picture the beads on our website as accurately as possible. However, your monitor or printer may be calibrated differently than ours, resulting in slight differences in image size or color.
do you have a minimum order? Yes we currently have a $40.00 minimum order not including shipping charges. Please note that the minimum shipping charge for all orders is $8.25 ($4.60 for USPS Priority, $1.65 for insurance, and $2.00 for handling). We charge EXACTLY what USPS charges. The $2.00 handling charge applies to all orders regardless of size.
what if an item is out of stock? do you backorder?
We do not backorder. We do our best to keep the website updated with in-stock items. If an item is out of stock, it be clearly marked. On the off chance that an item has just gone out of stock and the site hasn't been updated, we will notify you right away and do our best to assist you in making a suitable substitution.
what if I need very large quantities?
We offer lower prices for larger quantities of beads depending on the item. These discounts are based on larger quantites of specific items. We do not offer further discounts based on the total purchase amount. Please call us or e-mail us for volume pricing information about the particular items you are interested in.
