HOW TO ORDER
We do not have a retail store. In order to provide the best customer service,
we have chosen to focus our attention on our web site.
We do not have a printed catalog. Due to the large number of items we carry, new items that we add almost weekly and "special" items we offer it would be impossible to keep a print catalog up to date. It is also a cost that would be passed on to you by raising prices or charging for the catalog.
We have elected to not have a print catalog,
keep our website updated, and our prices down.
1. Directly
from our web site
Browse through our web catalog pages at your convenience. When you find something you
would like to order, type in the quantity in the appropriate box, and click on any order
button on the page. When you are ready to check out, click on the checkout button at
the bottom of the order screen. Fill out the order form, and shipping and handling
will be added to your purchases. We will then send you a confirmation of your order
by e-mail, and the date it will be shipped.

Our Business Hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm MST Monday through Friday. You can call us at
(480)491-4472 to place an order with a credit card. Please write down the type of bead,
size and color from our web site when calling to place an order.

UPDATE: Due to the recent price increase by the USPS, these charges may not be correct. You may still use them as a rough estimate of shipping charges. These prices are based on shipping to Zone 6 from zip code 85283. The farther east you live, the more likely the shipping charges will be more than what is listed below.
To figure shipping costs via USPS Priority mail(within the US) please use the chart below. These charges include insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation.

Handling Charge- $2.00 per order.
In order to provide you with the best service, we ship all orders USPS Priority, or UPS. We are sorry, but we do not ship 1st class mail because tracking numbers are not available with this service. For overnight and 2 day shipping rates, please contact us at beadguy@aol.com.

Prices
Our prices are current at the time this site was created. Prices are subject to
change. Our Prices are wholesale and based on quantity. The more you buy-the
lower the price. We will try to match or beat competitor's prices within reason- please
call for special price quotes.
Returned Checks and Chargebacks
We will collect a $25 bad check fee on returned checks (in addition to the order total) and non-justified credit card chargeback attempts. Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% interest per month. Any payments that appear to be fradulent will be reported to the proper authorities.
Shortage Claims
All claims must be reported within 10 days of reciept of
shipment.
Liability
Arizona Bead Company does not claim any responsibility for damage and/or personal injury
as a result of our products being used improperly.
Returns
Any SHORTAGES or CLAIMS must be made with 10 days of receipt of package. NO RETURNS will be accepted after 30 days.
RETURNS are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
No Returns will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, which must be authorized by Arizona Bead Company. Authorization can be obtained by:

SHIPPING charges, INSURANCE costs & HANDLING fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The amount of CREDIT from a RETURN will be kept ON FILE & APPLIED to your next order. It is not our policy to issue the amount back to the credit card.

Be sure to include a COPY of the original invoice (please do not send the original). If you have any special instructions, additional orders, or request of exchange inside the package, please indicate so on A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER. It is recommended that you follow up on the status of an order that was included with a return to be sure that it was received.
We STRONGLY recommend that you send your return fully insured and via a traceable method. We are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected packages, or for products that are damaged during return shipping to us.
If there was an mistake, due to our error, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.
